I am an HRC practitioner with over 18 years of experiences. My exposures are in various industries such as Hospitality, Philanthropy, Oilfield Services, Insurance and Banking.
At a first glance you might be taken aback as I am not your everyday HRC practitioner. However, that is what I want you to understand. HRC practitioners do not have singular track of expertise. Being HR professionals require you to have skills to be agile negotiators, poses tactful diplomacy skills, high in analytical skills, as well as assertive in proactivity. Those skills are the elements that make HR field as interesting as ever.
Some of my certifications are Train the Trainer, Hospitality HR Management Specialization, Quality Management System Internal Auditor (ISO 9001:2000), and recently Risk Management for Banking Industry.
I have the interest and passion for training and development. It’s fun to share and learn from other professionals. I want to spread the idea that being a HR professional must not be the guy who is always standoff-ish and secretive, in fact being an HR professional should be the guy whom people are comfortable talking to and sees as a partner in the organization.
Therefore, I hope we can meet and share our experiences in one of my programs with Foster & Bridge Indonesia.
See you soon!
